City Clerk

The office of the City Clerk provides information regarding the Boards and Commissions to the residents of Hilliard through newspaper legal advertising, updates to the Board and Commission line at (614) 334-2446, updates to the City Bulletin Board and through the City's website calendar. The City Clerk serves by acting as a liaison between the City Administration and the Boards and Commissions and also preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes for all Boards and Commissions which include: 

  • Planning and Zoning Commission
  • Board of Zoning Appeals
  • Recreation and Parks Commission
  • Records Commission
  • Tax Incentive Review Council
The City Clerk is also responsible for the management of all City records. This includes archiving, scanning, shredding and storage of all records.
