Pool memberships may be renewed at any time.  Purchase memberships by March 16, 2012 to take advantage of the discounted rates.  Checks are accepted for mail-in memberships and the address on your check serves as current verification of residency.  Online renewals are verified through the Franklin County Auditor's website through property records. Those who reside in a home where the title is registered to someone other than an individual listed on the pool membership application are asked to provide verification of residency before cards are activated.
