The Service Request Center (SRC) was created to aid the City in addressing the needs of its citizens. The SRC is capable of receiving a request for service, tracking work associated with a service request, and notifying citizens when a service request has been completed. The SRC automatically generates e-mails to allow City staff to communicate with citizens. This reduces paperwork and allows City staff to respond more efficiently. To request City services, citizens must register with the SRC system by creating a user account.
