PrintMax Delpra’s eyes lit up with the piercing sound of the siren he had activated in the front seat of a Hilliard Division of Police cruiser. The 4-year-old from Galloway and dozens of other children met Hilliard police officers and Norwich Township firefighters April 1 during an open house for families of children with austim-spectrum disorder at the Joint Safety Services Building on Northwest Parkway.
