ELEVATE OFFICE SUITES PROPOSED FOR HILLIARDPosted August 25, 2017 in Community Alert
On Monday, Aug. 28, Hilliard City Council will vote on an incentive for the proposed Hilliard Office Suites development project. If approved, Hilliard Office Suites will invest $8.2 million at the northwest corner of Britton Parkway and Davidson Road. The developer, Envoy, estimates 150 full-time jobs will be created in Hilliard through this project.
Hilliard Office Suites is proposing the construction of a 36,000 square foot development with modern, class-A office suites and a co-working shared resources space for start-up companies and small businesses to utilize that will attract and retain talent and jobs in the community. The Elevate Office Suites network includes seven locations in Indiana and three in Texas. The Hilliard location will be the second property in Ohio.

The City of Hilliard has offered the developer a real property tax exemption incentive to help offset recurring costs, potentially increasing the long-term viability of the project.

Pending City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission approval, the project is expected to break ground in November of 2017 with a completion date of December 2018.
