Halloween in Hilliard with HPD

Posted November 3, 2017 in Police by Andrea Litchfield

Members of the Hilliard Division of Police enjoyed a festive Halloween week. Officers were seen Sunday posing for photos, directing traffic and handing out candy at the highly popular Trunk or Treat event, which is hosted by the Hilliard/Ray Patch Family YMCA and Movement Church.

The agency also provided extra patrol in many Hilliard neighborhoods on Tuesday for the city’s Trick or Treat, and received some special help from the Division’s own LEGO Man. Trick or Treaters had the opportunity to see cruisers, bicycles and even the “Comambulance” up close, and those who were dressed as police officers enjoyed some special attention from Chief Fisher and Deputy Chief Grile.
