Hilliard Officer Named ‘Officer of the Year’

Do you remember the story last month about one of our School Resource Officers, Ofc. Gleason, encouraging a student to go visit the nurse, only for the student to eventually learn he has leukemia? (Read about it here:…/hilliard-officer-encourages-sick-lookin…/ )

Earlier this week, that same officer received a very prestigious award in the law enforcement community: The Central Ohio Crime Stoppers Officer Of The Year Award. We want to thank Crime Stoppers for recognizing Ofc. Gleason, and he want to thank Ofc. Gleason for representing our agency and our core values. This illustrates the type of public service he provides to our community every day.
