REQUEST: Review & approval of a modification of a PUD Final Development Plan under the provisions of Silverton Farms PUD for a 4,172-square-foot building addition.

CASE 2: CASE 2: 17-0320LC – Heritage Preserve Apartments – 6631 Tanager Lane

REQUEST: Review & approval of a modification of a PUD Concept Plan and PUD Final Development Plan to permit a revised site layout and an additional residential building type.
