On Thursday, June 8, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. the Planning & Zoning Commission for the City of Hilliard will hold its’ regular monthly meeting. The meeting will be held at the Hilliard City Hall, 3800 Municipal Way.

Seven cases have been scheduled for this meeting:
CASE 1: 16-0250LC – Sunrise Academy – 5657 Scioto Darby Road
REQUEST: Review & approval of a conditional use to permit a 2,678-square-foot building addition and accommodate five parking spaces.
CASE 2: 17-0310LR – Heritage Preserve Section 2 Phase 6 – Subarea A-6 – West side of Audubon Avenue and South of Davis Road
REQUEST: Review & approval of a PUD modification and final plat for a development consisting of 6 single-family lots on 2.360 acres.
CASE 3: 17-0313LC – Noor Islamic Cultural Center – 5001 Wilcox Road
REQUEST: Review & approval of a modification of a PUD Final Development Plan a 4,172-square-foot building addition.
CASE 4: 17-0315LC – Mount Carmel – 4700 Britton Parkway
REQUEST: Review & approval of a sign variance to permit 12 temporary banner signs for a six-month period.
CASE 5: 17-0316LC – INS Robotics – 3600 Parkway Lane
REQUEST: Review & approval of a Level “B” site plan to permit a 7,200-square-foot building addition.
CASE 6: 17-0317LC – Cummins – 4000 Lyman Drive
REQUEST: Review & approval of a sign variance to permit an externally illuminated pole sign in excess of 7 feet in height.
CASE 7: 17-0318LC – SK Leap Road Owner, LLC – 4251 Leap Road
REQUEST: Review & approval for minor changes to a Level “B” site plan for parking lot expansion and a privacy fence.
