Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Hilliard Community Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2020, commencing at 3:30 p.m. The purposes of the meeting are to organize the Authority’s Board of Trustees, including the election of officers, establishment of designated posting locations for public meeting notices, and consideration and adoption of bylaws and a public records policy; consider a resolution levying community development charges; consider funding of infrastructure improvements and agreements between the Authority, the City of Hilliard and developers regarding the same; and consider any other business as may properly come before the Board of Trustees. Pursuant to Ohio House Bill 197, this meeting will be held by videoconference as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 emergency. This meeting is open to the public.
