Public Arts Commission Meeting

Monday, Aug. 7 at 6 p.m.

3800 Municipal Way, Hilliard, OH 43026, Mayor’s Conference Room

The Hilliard Arts Commission has been established to support, promote and provide quality arts programming and services to the City of Hilliard. The new commission will hold its inaugural meeting this coming Monday and all members of the community are invited to attend.

 

 

 

Wednesday, Aug. 9, 12:30-2:30 p.m.

Hilliard’s Station Park

This event is free to the public and includes ice cream from The Little Ice Cream Shoppe and “frog themed” entertainment for children.

 

 

 

 

Planning & Zoning Meeting

Thursday, Aug. 10 at 7 p.m.

Items for discussion at this meeting include:

  • Postponed Cases
    • Noor Islamic Cultural Center – review and approval of a modification of a PUD Final Development Plan
    • Heritage Preserve Apartments – review and approval of a modification of a PUD Concept Plan and PUD Final Development Plan to permit a revised site layout and an additional residential building type
  • New Cases
    • Old Hilliard LTD – Review and approval of a lot split to modify the boundaries of three parcels
    • Cam International Market – Review and approval of a variance to permit a temporary banner sign for an extended period
    • Tarlton Meadows Section 1 Subdivision – Review and approval of a variance to permit a subdivision entrance sign
    • OhioHealth Corporation – Review and approval of a variance to permit a temporary banner sign for an extended period

Join us for the last Celebration at the Station of the summer! There will be live country music by Nashville Crush, food trucks and the Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) will be in effect.
