The City of Hilliard has welcomed Emma Cedillo as a Communications Administrator within the Community Relations Department.
In this role, Cedillo will support a variety of communications and public information initiatives. She will work closely with the Economic Development Department to promote Hilliard businesses, highlight community events, and share stories that reflect the City’s growth and vibrancy.
Cedillo brings a background in communications from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, where she served as a Communications Specialist for the Dedman School of Law.
“It feels great to be back in Columbus and contribute to the community that I now call home,” she said. “I’m grateful for the opportunity to help share the stories of Hilliard’s residents, businesses, and the many initiatives that make this city such a special place.”
Cedillo lives in Hilliard with her husband and their two dogs, a pit bull named Chip and a pug named Flash. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and exploring new places with her family.
