Though City of Hilliard events are a wonderful opportunity for local businesses to connect with the community, the sale of merchandise is not allowed at our events, nor are there booths available to reserve or rent. Instead, the City engages with local businesses through event sponsorships that include a 10’x10’ space, among other options, at certain events. There is a cost associated with this sponsorship and participating businesses are not allowed to sell items at their space.

Two of our events, Freedom Fest and Fall Festival, host food trucks. All food trucks that attend our events are booked through COFTA (Central Ohio Food Truck Association). All participating food trucks must be members of COFTA to attend our events. The registration for Freedom Fest and Fall Festival typically opens in January on COFTA’s website. Please note: the available spots fill up fast.
