Clerk Werbrich named OMCA’s Clerk of the Year 

The City of Hilliard’s Clerk of Council has been named Clerk of the Year by the Ohio Municipal Clerk’s Association (OMCA). 

Diane (Dee) Werbrich, MMC received the recognition July 16 at the organization’s annual conference in Kent, Ohio.  She was selected for the honor by her fellow municipal clerks. 

The Ohio Municipal Clerks Association advances the municipal clerk profession through education, networking, and mentoring, which establishes clerks as experts in their field and leaders in the communities they serve.  

Werbrich has participated for many years in OMCA as a member and president and earned her Master Municipal Clerk (MMC) designation through OMCA’s educational programs.  

Werbrich has served as Hilliard’s Clerk of Council since October 2020.
