Hilliard is home to a tasty new barbecue spot.
Locally owned Smoked Lick BBQ opened on Jan. 16 at 4333 Cosgray Rd. within Patch Plaza. It specializes in Texas- and Memphis-style BBQ. While there is some seating inside, it’s primarily a BBQ catering and delivery restaurant, equipped to serve any size gathering or event.
“A lot of our staff of around 20 employees live in or close to Hilliard so this was the perfect spot to open our business,” said Kara Snyder, Smoked Lick BBQ General Manager. “The goal is to expand our operation and open more locations across Central Ohio in the future.”
Smoked Lick BBQ offers large scale catering and individual meals that can be ordered on its website or any of the food delivery services such as Grubhub, Uber Eats, and DoorDash.
Patrons at next door The OverTime Sports Pub can also order off the Smoked Lick BBQ menu and pick it up inside at a convenient roll-up window that connects the two businesses.
