Teriyaki Madness, a fast-casual restaurant specializing in Seattle-style teriyaki, plans to open a new location at the TruePointe mixed-use development in Hilliard.

The restaurant is slated to open in the third quarter of 2026 and will be located within TruePointe, a 60-acre development on Hilliard’s east side. The new location will offer made-to-order teriyaki bowls featuring grilled proteins, vegetables, rice or noodles, and house-made sauces.

Teriyaki Madness will join a growing list of tenants at TruePointe, which includes office space, a Hilton Home2 Suites hotel, restaurants, cafés, coworking space, and a 360-unit apartment community. The development is designed as a walkable destination with public gathering areas, green space, trails, sidewalks, and parking garages.

Founded in 2003, Teriyaki Madness operates more than 200 locations nationwide. The Hilliard restaurant will be owned and operated by a local franchisee.

Construction on the Teriyaki Madness space is expected to begin prior to the planned opening. Additional details will be shared as they become available.
