TruePointe adds coffee shop as latest tenant to Hilliard mixed-use development

A family-owned coffee shop that prides itself on culture and pure, organic taste is coming to Hilliard's new TruePointe development, which is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.

A family-owned coffee shop that prides itself on culture and pure, organic taste is coming to Hilliard’s new TruePointe development, which is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.

Qahwah House will occupy 2,900 square feet in a multi-tenant retail building at the campus still under construction at 4457 Trueman Blvd.

Hilliard-based developer Equity recently made the announcement on its latest TruePointe tenant that will offer specialty coffees, espresso drinks, and pastries. Qahwah House is based in Dearborn, Michigan, and also has a location in downtown Columbus.

TruePointe, a $200 million mixed-use development, will be home to a variety of retail, restaurant, lodging, office, and residential space on a 27-acre site just east of I-270 in Hilliard. The campus will also feature public gathering areas, green space, trails and sidewalks, as well as multiple parking garages.
