Rec & Parks updates residency verification process

Residency verification

To enjoy seamless access to our programs, rentals, and memberships, a valid Verification Pass is now required for all registrations. This pass is valid for two years from the date of issuance.

Verification is easy:

  • Upload a current utility bill, valid government ID, or proof of income tax paid (for income tax residents).
  • Existing RecTrac users: Simply log in to your Web Trac account and upload your documentation or bring your document to the Community Center, 3800 Veterans Memorial Drive.
  • If you’ve already purchased an outdoor pool membership or registered for summer camp this season, a verification pass will be issued to you, and you’ll receive an email with the detail

Don’t wait! Verify your residency now to ensure uninterrupted access to all of our services. You’ll automatically be notified to update your pass before it expires.
