The City of Hilliard is hiring! Applications are now being accepted for 2026 seasonal and summer positions with the City in our camps, parks, pools, and fields.

Anyone! Summer and seasonal positions are open to individuals of all ages, from high school and college students to retirees and those looking for additional part-time work. With flexible hours, a job with the City can be tailored to fit your schedule, be it other work, family plans, school, or life in general.

Membership to our outdoor pools and The Well is offered to part-time employees.
Through professional certifications, employees also gain valuable hard skills they will carry with them through their position with the City and beyond. Emergency action response training is mandatory for our seasonal and part-time positions, ranging from First Aid and CPR/AED to Lifeguarding and Instructor Training.
Leadership training is embedded within our onboarding process and will also provide our employees with important qualifications, including customer service, conflict resolution, professionalism, and diversity training.
