City Adds Gray as new Fitness Recreation Supervisor for The Well

Kelly Gray

The City of Hilliard welcomes Kelly Gray as Fitness Recreation Supervisor. Kelly comes to Hilliard from the YMCA of Central Ohio, where she was the Wellness Director and Chronic Disease Programming Coordinator, overseeing the Wellness Department at the Gahanna YMCA.

In her new role, Kelly will oversee fitness and develop corporate wellness programming at The Well, Hilliard’s new 110,000-square-foot recreation and wellness center.  Kelly will provide direct oversight of the management and operations of The Well’s two-story fitness floor, indoor adventure track, exercise studios, equipment, and facilities. Additionally, she will develop and implement corporate wellness programming for the business community, as well as fitness and wellness programs for the current Hilliard Community Center and The Well when it opens later in 2025.

“I am super excited to be a part of the City of Hilliard and to build out health and wellness programs in this area,” Kelly said. “I can’t wait to help everyone in this community meet their health and wellness goals.”

We are so excited for Kelly to join the City!
