Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA)

Enjoy dinner, shopping and entertainment — and even a few adult beverages — within the Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) in Old Hilliard. DORA runs daily from noon to 9 p.m., with last call for alcohol at 8:30 p.m. The program allows participants ages 21 and over to explore Old Hilliard with a beverage in hand.
