New biergarten opens in Downtown Hilliard

A long vacant residential spot in Downtown Hilliard is now home to a biergarten.

Hillgarten opened July 22 at 4131 Main St. Sandra Nowak and her husband, Martin, have owned the site since 2018, but got the idea for the biergarten during the pandemic.

Hillgarten is closed on Mondays, open from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Thursdays, 11 a.m. to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays.
