Jarrod Moyer has joined the City of Hilliard as part of The Well team as Guest Services Supervisor.
In his new role, Moyer will oversee all guest services staff, develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operation, and cultivate a high-quality customer service philosophy.
For the last 12 years, Moyer has worked exclusively in the hotel industry, overseeing and directing front desk staff and front-facing relations.
Looking towards his new role at The Well, Moyer is excited to try out this new facet of customer service.
“Going from hotels to a wellness center is a jump, but at the same time it’s still customer service across the board,” said Moyer.
A Groveport native, Moyer has spent some time in Hilliard, occasionally playing baseball in Municipal Park growing up.
Nowadays, Moyer has continued his interest in baseball and currently plays on a recreational men’s baseball team. He also enjoys bowling.
“Any time I’m not working,” said Moyer, “you’ll probably find me on a baseball field or in a bowling alley.”
