RFP issued for redevelopment of former Chase bank site

The Hilliard Development Corporation has issued a request for proposals for the redevelopment of the former Chase bank site at 4056 E. Main St. in Downtown Hilliard.

The RFP, issued Feb. 3, seeks qualified development teams to purchase and redevelop the approximately 0.836-acre property in alignment with the city’s comprehensive plan and community vision. An optional site visit is scheduled for Feb. 17 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Proposals are due by 5 p.m. on Thursday, March 19. All questions must be submitted in writing via email to EcoDevelopment1@hilliardohio.gov.
