How do I sign up for emergency alerts?
Residents can sign up to receive notifications from the Franklin County Emergency Alerts system. For Hilliard-specific emergency and police information, follow the Hilliard Division of Police on Twitter and Facebook.
You can sign up for Hilliard’s email newsletter to receive weekly updates on what’s happening in Hilliard.
Who do I call regarding a non-emergency?
If you need help in a non-emergency situation, please contact the Hilliard Division of Police at (614) 876-7321 to report a crime, accident or have a police officer dispatched to your location. For police records, general questions or assistance, call 614-876-2429 or Hilliard 311.
If my phone number or email address changes, will I still get an alert?
No, you will need to sign up again with your new phone number and/or email address to keep getting alerts.
Will I still get emergency notifications if I don’t sign up for Hilliard alerts?
