Start your weekend off with a full-body strength training class and a relaxing yoga class in Hilliard’s Station Park!
Strength Training is first, from 7 – 7:50 a.m., followed by Yoga from 8 – 8:50 a.m.
Both classes are free; bring only a mat and a water bottle.
