It also recommends and assists in the creation of a Master Street Tree Plan with the City Arborist/Forester or designated staff member, specifying the types of trees to be planted on each of the streets or other public sites in the City. The Commission performs other duties as assigned.

The Shade Tree Commission meets at 6 p.m. on the first Tuesday of every month at the Operations Building, 3790 Municipal Way, Hilliard. Meetings may also be held virtually, as needed.
