Members of the Eco Plumbers team pose at Thursday’s groundbreaking ceremony in Hilliard.

Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians will be the building’s anchor tenant, and the expansion will create 60 new positions for the company. The Britton Flex facility also has an additional 100,000 square feet of space still available for other businesses.

The groundbreaking event included remarks from Equity Founder and CEO Steve Wathen, Eco Plumbers Founder and CEO Aaron Gaynor, and Hilliard City Manager Michelle Crandall. The City is excited to partner with these local companies to foster technology-based employment and job retention in our community for years to come!
