The City of Hilliard has hired an experienced public records manager as its new Clerk of Court.
Wendy Greasamar started her new role Monday.
“I have a passion for working in public service, it’s kind of in my blood,” Greasamar said.
Greasamar brings more than 16 years of experience in customer service, database management, and public records management to her role. She worked for the City of Dublin for 13 years in various roles, including Court Liaison / Records Technician and Records Supervisor. In 2020, she was named the Civilian Employee of the Year by the Dublin Police Department.
As Clerk of Court, Greasamar will oversee the day-to-day operations of Hilliard Mayor’s Court, including maintaining all records for the court and magistrate and supervising court personnel.
“I am incredibly excited to provide quality service to the growing Hilliard community,” Greasamar said. “I love being a resource for others and navigating them through the courts process. I’m a strong believer that everybody deserves respect and to be treated fairly, and my goal is always to provide professional service with dignity and kindness.”
Greasamar graduated from Otterbein University and Delaware Hayes High School. She currently lives in Ostrander with her husband, Christopher; children, Amelia and Rowan; and boxer, Kevin. In her free time, Greasamar enjoys coaching youth cheerleading, traveling with her family, and cheering on Cleveland sports teams.
