Hilliard Public Meetings Now Accessible Via New Online System

People wanting to watch future meetings of Hilliard City Council, Planning and Zoning Commission, and the Board of Zoning Appeals will have access to a more dynamic online experience.

The City has changed the system it uses to present meeting agendas, minutes, and access to both live and recorded videos of these meetings. With the new system, users can subscribe to receive email updates about specific types of meetings and other content.

Agendas and videos for meetings after May 4 can be found at https://hilliardohio.civicweb.net/Portal/.

Agendas and videos of older meetings can be found at https://hilliardohio.gov/meetings/.

“We believe this is new system will better serve our community by adding new functionality to our existing online presence and by making it easier to interact with information on our agendas,” said Diane Werbrich, City Clerk of Council.
