State of the City

If you missed the State of the City on March 9, you can still learn about Hilliard’s 2019 successes, get a snapshot of City finances, and find out what’s planned for 2020.

“A major initiative this year will be the collaboration by City Council and the Administration on a strategic plan that will identify priorities for the next three years,” said City Manager Michelle Crandall. “We will identify areas of need and opportunity related to economic development, financial sustainability, recreation and parks, transportation, utilities, police and safety, and public services. The ‘2020 Vision’ process, which will include significant opportunities for community and staff input, will be completed by the end of this year and will set our course of action for the coming years.”
