The Board of Zoning Appeals consists of seven members who serve five-year City Council appointments. The board rules on variances to the City’s zoning code, such as setbacks for decks and fences.
Monthly meetings are held at 7 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month at the Municipal Building, 3800 Municipal Way.
